I had a lovely stay over Easter! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and some great dining options. The staff were super friendly, even late at night, which was a huge relief after my long drive. My room was clean and comfortable, making it easy for me to relax and unwind.

But, honestly, there were a few downsides. There was a serious lack of staff, and getting assistance felt like pulling teeth. I was really disappointed with the breakfast options; the food quality isn’t what it used to be. Plus, not even a bottle of water in the room? Come on!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location close to the mall was very convenient for us. The room amenities were excellent, including the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The beach access was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. we highly recommend this place to our friends for a truly enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the view from the balcony was incredible! Best aspects: the location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the spa amenities like the sauna and swimming pool.

There was a major communication issue with our reservation that left us feeling frustrated and exhausted. We were unable to check in for several hours because of a mix-up and had to pay extra fees that could have been avoided.

The breakfast was excellent and had many local dishes. Plus, the location was perfect, everything was walking distance and it was close to the beach.

The language barrier, not many staff members spoke English and communication was difficult at times. However, this didn't ruin my experience as I enjoyed everything else this amazing hotel had to offer.
